by now almost every knows about influenza A HINI, thanks to the health department, but the problem is, no one really takes action on how to prevent it from spreading any further. hope all frens will adhere to the advice of the health department. its simple, avoid crowded places, wash your hands frequently and properly with soap, wear a suitable mask when you are coughing and don't go out and mix with other people until u r better. beware... the second wave is coming during the rainy season.

oh yes, after the dry spell, now it's wet season again. it seems that the inconsistent weather makes ill of most everyone. Thank God now we have vaccines, but when it will reach us or if it wud be readily available anytime, is another issue.
this september 16, malaysians will celebrate the Malaysia Day, the very day Sarawak, Sabah, Singapore and Malaya merged together and formed the nation Malaysia. so folks out there, don't get confused as some people still say that Sarawak joined malaysia. its wrong. without Sarawak, there will be no malaysia. sarawak helps to form malaysia. the state level celebrations for Malaysia Day will be held at the Indoor stadium. so join in the bash and learn about the history of malaysia day and be entertained by singers, Faizal Tahir and Adibah Noor. see u there!
